Earn your counseling degree online

We know it’s challenging as a working professional to earn your graduate degree, but completing your master’s is the first step to being eligible for licensure and becoming an effective counselor. By choosing an online format to earn your master’s in clinical mental health counseling, you will have the flexibility to take classes from wherever you are and on your schedule. That means no time spent commuting back and forth to campus and no putting your life on hold.

Your system for success

Taking classes online does not mean you will be learning on your own.

Our intuitive online learning management system, Desire2Learn (D2L), is designed to foster collaboration and allow for more open communication between your peers and instructors.

When you enroll, you will be connected with a Student Success Coordinator. This person will be with you throughout the entirety of your time at Marquette to help answer any questions you have and offer practical advice. Earning your graduate degree online presents its own unique set of challenges, so your Student Success Coordinator will be on hand to help you navigate the counseling program in and outside of class.
