Dr. Kristie Rogers joined Marquette University in 2016 as an assistant professor. Her research focuses on the topics of respect, identity and stigma in organizations. Kristie is passionate about field-based research and partners with small and large organizations to address important challenges. She’s written for and had her research cited in many major publications including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and the Harvard Business Review.
In 2024 Kristie was the recipient of the Marquette University Teaching Excellence award, one of the highest recognitions for faculty at the institution. Kristie received her Ph.D. from Arizona State University, and she worked as an assistant professor at the University of Kansas for three years prior to joining Marquette.
