Dr. Kristie Rogers joined Marquette University in 2016 as an assistant professor. Her research focuses on the topics of respect, identity and stigma in organizations. Current and past research projects span contexts such as a prison, the Army’s Special Forces, an elite technology company, a small microbrewery and female board members of publicly traded firms. Kristie is passionate about field-based research and partners with small and large organizations to address important challenges. She received her Ph.D. from Arizona State University, and she worked as an assistant professor at the University of Kansas for three years prior to joining Marquette.
